SO sports clubs wishing to return to activity will need to process the relevant paperwork through the SO East Herts Network Branch.

To Return to Activity, your club will need to:

- Timeline and Next Steps
- Sport Guidance
Appoint a Club COVID-19 Coordinator.
Complete a 'Return to Activity Risk Assessment
' which must cover the Covid-19 protocols you have put in place for your athletes, volunteers and parents within your club as well as the protocols put in place by the facilities you hire.
You will need to have an Active Member Register
which identifies the members (athletes and voluinteers) who you want to have as ACTIVE members and who need to be accredited to Special Olympics GB.
Complete Health Forms
for every SO Athlete, Unified Player and Volunteer.
Estimate date you want your club to restart.
Athlete Return to Activity Update Form (Accreditation 2021 only)
SOEH then needs to complete the Return to Activity Compliance Form
which we need to do together.
We then need to wait for approval from SOGB National Office Team before we can return to activity.
