Guardian Games 2024 was a great success! This inclusive experience brought our NorCal community together with Special Olympics athletes for a fun day filled with games and activities. Teams consisting of business and community leaders, Special Olympics athletes, and Law Enforcement Torch Run representatives competed in events ranging from cornhole to cup stacking, tug-of-war to football tossing, rubber axe throwing and so much more. In addition to creating a great day of friendly competition, Guardian Games helped raise awareness and funds supporting Special Olympics NorCal’s free, year-round programs, events and activities.  

The inaugural Guardian Games was hosted in conjunction with Special Olympics Northern California’s Fall Games Championship. Thanks to all the athletes, participants, volunteers, sponsors, families and other supporters who gathered to create a wonderful event.
